PaidByAds is operated by Quancom Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By creating an account or using the app, website, or cloud services, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
PaidByAds combines advertising and market research. Active blocks include ad views, surveys or post-ad questions, on-device presence verification, and gesture challenges. Answers are not graded right or wrong; participation and timing signals may be evaluated. An active block must be confirmed complete before its active-block compensation becomes payable. Partial or invalid blocks do not earn active-block compensation.
Passive Gallery and Enhanced Gallery are unlocked activity lanes with their own advertising and verification rules. Passive activity can earn and can fund the bonus pot, but it does not earn active-participation ranking score. Gallery photos you upload are your responsibility and must not infringe third-party rights.
Casual-game ads are optional, separate from participation blocks, and do not advance block progress or bonus ranking. A gesture challenge may appear before a game ad. Passing allows the ad to display. If the gesture fails, is abandoned, expires, or cannot be verified, that ad is skipped and gameplay continues. The gesture does not gate returning to the game.
All ad revenue recognized by PaidByAds uses the same allocation:
The serving lane determines how a credit is verified, settled, and scored; it does not change the allocation. Active-block user compensation is subject to confirmed block completion. Passive and game-ad credits are recorded separately and do not turn those activities into scored active blocks.
Displayed amounts may be estimates based on ad activity. Final amounts depend on provider completion and revenue reports and may be adjusted, delayed, reversed, or initially zero until reporting is available. An ad view that is incomplete, invalid, rejected, duplicated, or not reported may not produce a credit.
The bonus pot receives 10% of recognized revenue from verified ads, including revenue from lanes that do not score. Bonus ranking uses verified active-participation signals and other integrity-protected categories described in the app. Passive playback and casual-game ads do not add ranking score.
Current monthly eligibility: two accepted, fully clarified, non-fee-waiver receipts must be completed by the end of the 25th in the user's local month. Fee-waiver receipts are a separate pool. Eligibility criteria, distribution rules, award floors, carry-forward treatment, and payment timing shown in the in-app Bonus Pot Rules apply.
The app may show the live pot and eligible-user count and may show an overall score, rank, percentile, and movement on scheduled batches. Component scores, weights, thresholds, and formulas remain confidential to limit manipulation. A displayed amount, score, or rank is not a promise of an award.
PaidByAds may delay, reduce, reject, reverse, or freeze a payout where credits are immature, unsettled, invalid, duplicated, disputed, tied to fraud or a Terms violation, or where identity, PIN, account, provider, or legal requirements are not satisfied. You are responsible for taxes and accurate payout information. PaidByAds does not promise that PayPal or another provider will issue a particular tax form.
PaidByAds is not affiliated with any ads, offers, advertisers, products, services, or content viewed or interacted with from within the Offer Wall.
Offer Wall credit applies only to the specific deal terms shown in the Offer Wall offer you choose. Ads or activity that were not part of that offer's stated requirements do not count toward Offer Wall credit. This section is about Offer Wall credit only and does not describe how anything else in the app earns.
The app records separate acceptance of the current Offer Wall terms before access.
Payout KYC currently accepts a U.S. driver's license or state ID, validates entered details and the document barcode, checks expiration and duplicate-document signals, and requires a liveness/presence step. PaidByAds does not compare the liveness selfie with the ID photo. Current-version ID-front, ID-back, and KYC liveness images are encrypted in local app storage and are not uploaded; the server receives cryptographic evidence hashes plus the identity fields, barcode data, and verification results described in the Privacy Policy. Earlier versions may have uploaded liveness evidence.
Participation-camera processing is separate. Frames are analyzed on-device and only numeric presence, head-pose, movement, and mouth-landmark signals are sent. Participation frames are not uploaded, and the feature does not use the microphone or eye-gaze tracking. New receipts are OCR'd and privacy-reviewed locally; only the user-reviewed redacted image, a hash of its on-device pre-redaction working copy, and receipt/clarification data are uploaded. Legacy receipt images, optional gallery uploads, advertising SDKs, and deliberately triggered diagnostic recordings use the data flows described in the Privacy Policy.
You must personally complete your own participation and verification. You must not:
PaidByAds may use device, account, network, timing, touch, motion, ad-provider, receipt, identity, and behavioral signals to detect abuse. We may reject activity, require review or re-verification, freeze payouts, reverse invalid credits, suspend or terminate accounts, and forfeit fraudulent credits. Address or household similarities are review signals, not automatic proof by themselves.
Advertising providers currently include direct Unity Ads, Unity LevelPlay when enabled, and Tapjoy for the offer wall. PaidByAds also uses Google/Firebase/Google Cloud services, PayPal, and research discovery providers. Providers and configurations may change.
Ads, offers, payouts, search results, automated informational content, and other third-party services are governed by their providers' terms, privacy practices, reporting, and availability. PaidByAds is not affiliated with or responsible for an advertiser's product, claim, offer, ranking, content, data practice, or fulfillment. Third-party or search-derived content is not an endorsement or recommendation.
PaidByAds and its licensors own the app, website, branding, software, and platform materials. You may not copy, modify, distribute, decompile, or create unauthorized derivative works.
You retain rights in photos and other content you upload and grant PaidByAds a limited, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate the feature you selected. You grant PaidByAds the right to use aggregated or deidentified research and service data to operate, improve, and commercialize the platform.
You may stop using the app and request account deletion through the website deletion form or support@paidbyads.com. Uninstalling removes local app data but does not delete cloud records or file a deletion request. Deletion requests require review and may not erase financial, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal-compliance records that may lawfully be retained.
PaidByAds may suspend or terminate service for a Terms violation, fraud risk, legal requirement, extended inactivity, security risk, or platform protection. Eligible verified funds remain subject to payout, fee, maturity, review, and fraud rules. Fraudulent or invalid credits may be forfeited, and a for-cause termination may bar a new account.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent allowed by law, PaidByAds disclaims warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted service, device compatibility, ad inventory, offers, earnings, awards, data accuracy, or protection from every attack.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quancom Holdings LLC and PaidByAds are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages or for third-party services. Aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you earned through PaidByAds in the 90 days before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits apply only as permitted.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quancom Holdings LLC and PaidByAds from claims arising from your Terms violation, unlawful or fraudulent conduct, uploaded content, misuse of third-party services, or infringement of another person's rights.
Before filing a claim, email support@paidbyads.com and allow 60 days for good-faith informal resolution.
Except for qualifying small-claims matters, intellectual-property injunctions, and emergency provisional relief, unresolved disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules. You and PaidByAds waive jury trial and class proceedings to the extent permitted by law.
Wyoming law governs without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and arbitration will be conducted in Cheyenne, Wyoming unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms. We will revise the date and provide in-app and/or email notice of material changes when appropriate. Continued use after an update takes effect means acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the service and request deletion.
If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be applied to the maximum lawful extent and the remainder will continue. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and feature-specific terms you accept are the entire agreement concerning the service.
